Digital Products

Digital products are final sale once access to the purchased materials or downloadable files has been delivered. Because these products are delivered digitally, there is no physical item to return.

Exceptions We Will Review

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, charged an incorrect amount, or charged for something you did not authorize, contact LifeTrainr Academy so the transaction can be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.

Delivery or Access Problems

If you do not receive the purchased files or cannot access the materials you paid for, contact us for support. If we cannot resolve a verified delivery or access problem after reasonable troubleshooting, we will review the purchase for an appropriate refund or other resolution.

Programs, Workshops, Coaching, and Memberships

Live programs, workshops, coaching services, memberships, subscriptions, and other future offerings may have their own refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or access terms. When specific terms are displayed at the point of purchase, those terms apply to that offering.

Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled in part by the payment provider and your bank or card issuer, so the time required for the credit to appear may vary.

If you believe there is a billing, delivery, or access problem, please contact LifeTrainr Academy before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue directly.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
